Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SOC Report AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SOC Report AI is a SaaS platform that allows cybersecurity analysts to generate professional Security Operations Center (SOC) incident reports using Artificial Intelligence (Claude by Anthropic). Reports are exportable as PDF documents.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Upload false, fabricated, or misleading incident data
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform

5. Incident Data & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of incident data you submit. You confirm that you have authorization to submit any organizational data entered into the platform. SOC Report AI treats all incident data as confidential and does not share it with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).

6. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic). AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all generated reports before use. SOC Report AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated report content.

7. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: 3 reports per calendar month at no cost
• Pro Plan: Unlimited reports at $29 USD / $25.000 CLP per month
• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Plans can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing period
• No refunds for partial months, except within the 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new Pro subscribers

8. Data Retention

Generated reports and associated incident data are retained for 90 days from creation, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time through the account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

SOC Report AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches caused by third parties, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

The SOC Report AI platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Matias Ignacio Acuña and is protected under Chilean copyright law. The reports you generate using your own incident data belong to you.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
